For those who have been following my tour of the Parade Of Homes in Broomfield CO, here is the next visual feast in the tour! A short distance and you are at the 90 acre community park that includes a gorgeous picnic pavilion, fishing lake, basketball courts and softball fields, and this is all contained within the beauty of the Colorado outdoors!

If you have an older home for sale in Broomfield CO, or you are thinking of putting your home on the market, there are a few things to keep in mind when you are remodeling or updating that home you are going to list for sale. The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency rule that was implemented in April 2008 requires that remodeling work on your house for sale in Broomfield CO built before 1978 be undertaken by a professional contractor who is certified by the EPA.
